Vinyl Lettering on 3mm Flat Plate Solid Aluminium

These signs are manufactured from 3mm aluminium panels which are coated grey to the rear to combat the staining of walls and fascias. The face is laminated with coloured vinyl or can be left plain - see below for colours. For a cheaper, but good alternative see 3mm Aluminium Composite Board

We can also powder coat to any colour - ask for a quote.

The vinyl lettering is applied to the Aluminium Plate. You choose the font, letter colour and the board colour. The letter is made from solid colour vinyl - you cant scratch the colour off. Available in many colours. Completely weather-proof.

Big Discounts for more than one sign board
The prices listed are for a single sign board. For two or more signs there is a  £20 discount on second and subsequent boards. If the signs are identical the discount is £25 on the second and subsequent boards.

Flat plate aluminium sign with matching bullnose edging

Bull Nose Edge

This aluminium edging can make a huge difference to the overall look of the sign. It can be powder coated to match the panel or painted a contrasting colour.

The signs can be sent to you fully assembled. However they are usually sent partly assembled, so that the frame can be screwed to the wall using the hidden screwholes and then the sign panel is slid into the frame.

For most signs the cost of this edging is £30 per metre. It can work out more on a small signs due to a miminum charge for powder coating. Just ask us for a quote - sales.signmaker@gmail.com

We can include pictures . We have a selection single colour standard images - Click here - or you can send in your own artwork - (Images for single colour work must be a clean silhouette style image without any very fine lines or shades)

Image Costs
£12.50 per standard image
£24.50 for your own artwork which has been vectorised (outline/traced) in a PC format - file types AI, or EPS.
£34.50 per image for other formats eg. jpg, tiff, other bitmap or artwork to be scanned

Layout
You can confidently leave the layout to us. However if you have a particular design in mind please send it to us as a sketch, jpg, bitmap or tiff image or a word document We will re-create your design as closely as we can. We can send out a proof if required @ £5.00 (includes one design change).
