Wrought Iron Display Lectern
Expertly forged by a local blacksmith, our wrought iron lecterns blend traditional craftsmanship with modern durability. Standard sizes are readily available, with bespoke dimensions tailored to your specific needs. As standard the lectern features 1.5-meter legs and is galvanised and painted, ensuring lasting resilience.
Optional back plates, crafted from durable black painted Tricoya, are offered in 12mm (ideal for 12mm engraved Corian plaques) and 18mm (perfect for vibrant printed panels like Aluminium Composite or Toughprint). Alternatively, our lecterns can be supplied without a back plate for 20mm slate, granite, or wooden signage.
Solid Wooden Lecterns
These are made from 70 x 70mm Oak or Iroko and are very substantial indeed. The size of the top is 600mm x 400mm.The legs on the one shown are 600mm. Prices Include VAT

We normally treat with a commercial satin varnish, but if you prefer we can use Osmo oil. Iroko wood can be used instead of oak.

This sturdy outdoor lectern provides a stylish and long-lasting solution for presenting information in parks, gardens, and public spaces. Designed with a slanted display surface angled at approximately 45 degrees for easy reading, it comes in two standard sizes: 600 x 400 mm and 300 x 300 mm.
Two plaque material options are available:

Aluminium Composite: A cost-effective choice, featuring printed vinyl mounted on durable aluminium composite and laminated for outdoor longevity.

ToughPrint: A premium option with artwork printed directly onto aluminium and fully encapsulated for outstanding durability—ideal even for harsh environments like coastal locations.
The support post comes in either 800mm or 1.2m lengths (typically installed with 400mm buried) and can be made from naturally durable Iroko hardwood, which requires minimal upkeep thanks to its natural oils. Also available is a black-painted hardwood version. The 800mm height is considered suitable for adults, children, and wheelchair users alike. Post holders available - see below
The lectern top is made from robust aluminium - normally painted black but we do have other colours - Farrow & Ball Lichen (light green), Farrow & Ball Purbeck (light grey) Moss Green RAL6005, Slate Grey RAL7015, Farrow & Ball Stiifkey Blue, Ultra Marine Blue RAL5002 (post can match)
