If you are looking for a truly traditional sign with painted lettering, our Tricoya painted signs are an excellent choice. Tricoya is a wood-based board manufactured using a high-performance resin, making it exceptionally stable, strong, durable, and weatherproof. It also comes with a 50-year guarantee and is an environmentally friendly option.
Each sign is spray-finished with a two-component polyurethane paint, which is far tougher and longer-lasting than standard brush-on paints. This coating is highly resistant to weather, wear, and even chemicals, ensuring your sign looks beautiful for many years to come.
In addition to standard rectangular boards, we can also cut your sign to a simple custom shape for an extra touch of individuality. The cost is £15 for boards under 600mm and £25 for boards over 600mm.

Lettering:
Once the board is prepared, the lettering is carefully painted on. Standard letter colours include Black, White, Farrow & Ball Lichen (light green), and Purbeck Stone (light grey). Many other colours are available for £5 each. [Click here for options]
We apply several coats of our tough commercial paint, which leaves the lettering very slightly raised to the touch – a hallmark of traditional painted signs. Lettering can be as small as 20mm, and the price includes up to 50 letters (extra letters £1.65 per 25). Images
You may also wish to personalise your sign with an image, and we have a wide selection to choose from – [click here to view options]. As the design is painted by hand rather than printed, we recommend selecting an image without very fine detail. The cost is £14 per standard image, or £36 if you would like us to use your own artwork.
