High quality stable name plates to suit all budgets. We make the horse name plates for stable doors in several materials - three different timbers, engraved brass, acrylic laminate & aluminium and stone like stone-like corian. These are available in many fonts and with a good selection of images.
Engraved Brass Horse Name Signs
We only use top quality engravers brass. Letters can be infilled white, black, blue, green, orange and red or left deep engraved but unpainted. Choose any of our fonts and images. Cast Metal Horse Name Plates
The central name bar has raised lettering and a raised rounded border. Each sign is cast in one piece. The lettering is painted white and and horseshoe molding is painted steel-grey.

Wooden Stable Door Signs
Wooden name plates can be made in three different timbers - Oak, Sapele (similar to mahogany) and Iroko (similar to teak) Iroko has the advantage that it is full of natural oil and can be left untreated. We normally treat the oak and sapele name plates with three coats of a tough satin varnish and the iroko with Devon Oil.

Stone-like Corian
Corian is a mixture of clear acrylic resin, natural minerals and pigments. The mineral content retains some of the properties of real stone such as the cold feel, matt finish and substantial weight. Unlike stone Corian is totally consistent with no variation in composition, fault lines or cracks throughout its features.
The wording for the stable door sign is engraved into the corian and the letters are painted. A very tough name plate in a great variey of colours - see below. Letters can be paint filled in white, black, Farrow and Ball Purbeck Stone(light grey), Lichen (light green) gold, silver, blue or red. |

These stable door signs have been made in rust proof aluminium which is completely encapsulated. They are exceptionally durable, moisture resistant, abrasion and scratch resistant, acid resistant and they can even be used in very harsh weather conditions including by the sea. Superb Colour Quality with long term UV resistance ie it last for years without fading. (BS3900 for colour fastness) |

| These plaques look smart and are maintenance free. They are made from 1.5mm anodised aluminium. The letters are engraved through the black layer to show the white/silver colour underneath. Can include your own image @ £34.50 and wording under the name if required. Although normally sold black, we do also stock dark bronze, blue, red and green. |
