Full Wrap Printed Wheel Covers
Our wheel covers offer a stunning visual appeal. We print your image or artwork onto a specialised vinyl, which is heat-applied to fully wrap our premium disks, including the outer curve. The final product looks exceptional and is a worthwhile investment.
We laminate the vinyl as standard, so there are no additional lamination costs. This protective layer shields the surface from scratches and fading, ensuring your design stays vibrant.
After the vinyl and laminate are applied, the disk moves to our sewing room, where the skirt is attached. Black is the standard skirt colour, but other options are available (see below).
Please send your artwork in TIFF, Bitmap, JPG, or PDF formats. Digital images should be large enough to print at 800mm; for the best results, ensure the image is at least 2500 pixels in diameter. You can check this in your photo software.
The Premium Disk.
For our full wrap wheel covers we use the premium disks. These are made using a more expensive plastic which has excellent impact resistance, ideal to withstand the rigors of road conditions. Wheel covers are prone to impacts from debris, potholes, and other road hazards. The premium can better absorb these impacts, reducing the likelihood of cracking or breaking. It is also more resistant to heat, chemicals and is overall a tougher material.

The Skirts
Our skirts are expertly crafted from high-quality vinyl fabric, designed to fit snugly around the tire. Unlike the cheap imports commonly found online, our skirts are made to last. The standard skirt color is black, but we also offer six additional color options for an extra £10. The piping which is between the disk and the skirt is black
The Design
NB - The quality of the printing can only be as good as the artwork we receive.
If images are sent to us as Print Ready they are printed exactly as they are sent to us. i.e. if you send a design on a white background it will be printed with a white background. If changes to the image are required we can usually help but it may incur an artwork charge. More information about image quality
Our designers can also help you create your design - just send us the wording, images and any ideas you may have. On full wraps we don't put wording on the curve as slight distortion may occur in the wrapping process.
Proofs
Our technicians design wheel covers every day so you can safely leave them to add any extra words to your specifications. However if you are unsure of how it will actually look, you can request a proof drawing @ £5.00 (includes one design change)
