Full Wrap Printed Wheel Covers

Our wheel covers offer a stunning visual appeal. We print your image or artwork onto a specialised vinyl, which is heat-applied to fully wrap our premium disks, including the outer curve. The final product looks exceptional and is a worthwhile investment.

We laminate the vinyl as standard, so there are no additional lamination costs. This protective layer shields the surface from scratches and fading, ensuring your design stays vibrant.

After the vinyl and laminate are applied, the disk moves to our sewing room, where the skirt is attached. Black is the standard skirt colour, but other options are available (see below).

Please send your artwork in TIFF, Bitmap, JPG, or PDF formats. Digital images should be large enough to print at 800mm; for the best results, ensure the image is at least 2500 pixels in diameter. You can check this in your photo software.
